Working Principle
Upon motor startup, the kneaded dough is evenly fed into the hopper. The dough is then pressed into the conveying casing by the dough-rolling blade. Driven by the screw conveyor, it passes through the outlet, screw sleeve, and feed sleeve before being extruded and cut into uniformly sized cylindrical dough blocks by the upper and lower forming rollers. These blocks subsequently enter the double-forming rollers' arc-shaped grooves. Under the action of the spiral groove, the dough is gradually kneaded and rolled into smooth-surfaced steamed bun blanks. The size of the blanks is precisely adjusted by regulating the adjustment plate via the screw mechanism.
